The olive grove
In the olive grove, which includes about 800 plants, trees of about 70 years old coexist with new ones.
The cultivars present are biancolilla, cerasuola and nocellara.
The working of the land and its fertilisation is completely entrusted to some specimens of Cinisara cows.
