The hens

Free to scratch far beyond the farmyard, turkeys and various species of hens are bred, including the famous Paduan and the horned Caltanissetta, an ancient rustic breed with a thousand-year history.

Its unusual ox-horn crest inspired a religious legend that would have this bird born from the union of a feather of the wings of the archangel Michael and the broken horn of the devil.
